Barriers

Barriers combine high visibility of your brand, with functionality for outside seating areas of restaurants and cafes.

Barrier Specifications and considerations:

• Barriers come in 3 standard widths, 1m, 2m and 2.4m. All barriers are 920mm high. (see below for vinyl dimensions)

• Each size can incorporate logos or designs using up to four colours. Prices are dependant on size and number of colours used.

• Barrier artwork using landscape orientation works best.  

• Artwork should be supplied as a pdf file or an eps file, vector format.

• All barrier frames are made of 50mm diameter gloss black powder coated steel tubing. The feet are made of mild steel, 
black to match the frame.

• The barrier insert is made of heavy duty, weather resistant, pre-coloured barrier vinyl. Although the most popular colour seems to be black, The Coffee Stain has a range of 21 different colours available.

• The vinyl insert is secured to the barrier frame using gloss black, powder coated, single sided sail track – stays taut for much longer.

• Your logo or other design is applied using special water based, outdoor flexible vinyl paint. This gives a great finish, but means that The Coffee Stain has some limitations regarding logo designs, e.g. we can’t manage designs incorporating blended shadings and there needs to be a margin of approximately 50 mm clear space around the outside edge.
