Returns Policy
All products are have a 7 days return policy, unless stated otherwise.
In the unlikely event of a faulty product, please email us at admin@coffeestain.com.au
for further instructions.
Customers are responsible for any shipping costs involved in returning
the product to us. All products need to be returned in original
packaging, and good care is to be taken when packaging to ensure
no damage occurs in transit. The Coffee Stain retains the right
to make the final decision on whether a replacement or a repair
process should be issued under any circumstances or situation.
This warranty shall not apply to reasonable wear and tear. At the
time of return, pack item(s) carefully against shock, insure parcel,
enclosed original invoice and describe defects. This warranty excludes
any liabilities which are not expressed above, such as forwarding
expenses or travel.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery will be via Courier or Australia Post, whichever is considered
most efficient. This will be decided by The Coffee Stain when packaging
your order.
Delivery charges are separate. Delivery charges for orders up
to 5kg, for all products except 800mm and 900mm Premium Knock boxes,
all Standard range Knock boxes, and Barriers, are calculated automatically
based on weight, size and location. They will appear included in
your finalised bill prior to confirmation of order. Delivery charges
include a handling fee and insurance.
For delivery charges for orders of over 5kg, and 800mm and 900mm
Premium Knock boxes, all Standard range Knock boxes, and Barriers,
please select the “request an shipping/freight quote”
option in the checkout. We will advise you of the delivery cost
prior to finalising your order.
Delivery to wholesale approved customers (including barrier orders)
will be arranged with you. Please request a delivery quote.
Most orders will be delivered within 3 working days to all capital
cities. Delivery time is subject to variation without notice. You
will be contacted if there are any outstanding delays expected.
For extra security it is requested that delivery addresses will
be occupied during working hours – signatures may be required
on delivery. If no one is available to take delivery, a note will
be left requesting you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
